When will you ship my order?

SF Planet shipping department operates Mondays through Fridays, except public holidays when USPS and/or UPS are closed for business. Orders places before 12:00 CST will be shipped on the same day. Otherwise, the order will ship on the next business day. You should expect an update to the order when you login to your account. You will receive tracking information via email within 48 hours.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is based on the weight of the product, shipping address and type of service level. You can find out shipping cost BEFORE placing the order. Just add the desired product to shopping cart, enter your zip code to estimated the shipping. You may have several options of shipping method. If your desired shipping method is not listed, you can still place the order and leave us a note of your desired shipping method, we can always make the changes.

I like to add additional product to the outstanding order, how can I do that?

There are two ways to do it -- (1) Place another order and let us know. We will combine two orders into one. We will refund the shipping cost of the second order minus handling fees. (2) Contact us via email, live chat or call us.

The product I receive is not working with my device, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately if you have question about the product. If it is defective, we will replace it. If you ordered the wrong product, we can exchange it for you. Our customer service representative will give you the best alternative to resolve the problem.
