SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

We process order Monday thru Friday, 9am to 6pm CT. We do not process order on weekend or public holiday.
Our fulfillment center is located in St Paul, MN 55125.
Customer will receive a shipment notification with tracking number after order is shipped. Please login to your account to check the order status. Please contact us if you do not see any updates after 48 hours of order placed.
Any return or undeliverable address shipment will re-send after communication with buyer. We will notify buyer via email. Buyer is responsible for 2nd attempt of shipping if the mistake was made by buyer. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances.
Shipping cost and available shipping method is differ by location, calculated based on product weight. The system will calculate shipping cost based on the zip code, or shipping address entered to the system.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $25.00

Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only.
Canada and international addresses are not eligible with free shipping promotion.
Weekend delivery cannot be requested. We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends.
May be used in conjunction with a promotional code. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased after the promotional code is applied.
You will not receive Free Shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below $25.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time. Clearance items may not qualify for free shipping and we reserve the right to cancel order or request additional shipping cost.

HOW TO CALCULATE DELIVERY TIME?

Here is how you calculate the day to expect the order:

Delivery Day = Processing Time + Transit Time

Processing Time:
We usually take one business day to process order once the payment is cleared or approved. In some cases, we may need to verify payment information, order will not be processed until we have the payment is approved. Please make sure that your billing address is correct to avoid delay. Please note that Paypal eCheck payment may takes up to 5 business days to approved. We will notify customer via email or phone if we need further information.

Transit Time:
Please refer to transit time below. For Free Shipping option, we usually use USPS First Class Mail for order less than 1 lb, and UPS Ground for order 2 lbs or more.
Customer will be notified by e-mail once the order is shipped.

Example:

Monday - Order placed, payment is approved with billing address matched, shipping address in Brooklyn, NY
Tuesday - Order processed, order shipped on Tuesday with UPS Ground (example), UPS driver picked up, email sent to customer. UPS website shows estimated delivery on Friday.
Friday - Delivered (Shipping from MN to NY takes 3-business days with UPS Ground)

Canada and International Shipment

United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S)
USPS International First Class	Estimated 7-21 business days, insurance and tracking not available.
USPS International Express Mail	Estimated 3-7 business days, insurance and tracking number included.

United Parcel Services (UPS)
UPS International Ground (Canada Only)	Usually deliver in 5-7 days, insurance and tracking number are included.

Shipment Delay: For security reason, all international packages are being inspected before leaving United States. This will delay international shipment. Please understand that -- It is out of our control when the package is in transit. In most cases, the customs clearance in your country delay the package.
