This original Motorola adapter coverts the EMU (Enhanced Mini USB) into a standard (universal) 2.5mm jack. The Motorola Audio Adapter operates in Mono audio for a single earpiece speaker. This adapter is not compatible with wired headsets using a Microphone Volume adjustment, or a Microphone Mute feature. However, headsets that have the Earpiece Volume adjustment, but no Microphone Volume adjustment will work.
