Returns Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All returns or exchanges are subject to approval. Please email (Click here) to obtain "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA) and return instructions.
  • All RMA should be requested within 30 days of delivery of a shipment. If the product is unopened, sealed and in resalable condition, we will take it back within 60-days.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping cost of the product being shipped back.
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are not refundable.
  • We do not accept returns of:
    - Any product that does not have an RMA number.
    - Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing any parts.
    - Any product under Clearance category.
  • Please do not send us products that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we will not issue refunds for non-qualifying products and cannot return the products to you. We cannot accept returns of opened products or products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • We will notify customers of refund via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned product. Customer can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the return package.
  • Please package the return product carefully as we are not responsible for any damages that may occur when you ship it back.

RETURN FOR ORDER WITH FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION

  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are not refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost if the total of order is fall below $25 after the return. For example, order total is $30 with two products of $15 each. Customer returns one $15 item. The order will be recalculated as $15 + $5.80 (Shipping cost) = $20.80, customer will received refund of $9.20 ($30 - $20.80).
  • If order is returned in full, customer is responsible for the initial shipping cost. For example, order total $30 for one item. Customer return everything in new condition. Shipping cost was $5.80 when we shipped the order initially, customer will receive refund of $24.20 ($30 - $5.80).

HOW DO WE HANDLE PROBLEM?

Defective Product

Customer has 30-days to contact us for defective product. We will send replacements for all defective product at no cost to customer. If customer prefer to return a defective product for REFUND, customer is responsible for shipping cost of returning. We will refund the product purchase price, minus the shipping & handling fees.

Received Wrong Product

We will verify if the product received is wrong or it is just user error. If it is our error, we will ship the correct product immediately, along with a pre-paid label for customer to return the wrong one.

Product damage in shipping

Customer has options of insurance during checkout. If customer opt-out the insurance, SF Planet is not responsible for any product that is damage in during shipping transit without insurance.

We will replace the package that is covered with insurance immediately. Customer must take a picture of the damage package / products as a proof. SF Planet will ship the product and then claim it from the insurance coverage. In many cases, we need customer to send back the damage product for insurance claim.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Warranty Claim

Batteries

All batteries for wireless phones come with 30-days warranty upon shipment arrival. The battery must be defective due to manufacturer defect and not functioning. Any battery that is not functioning due to customer inflicted damages is not covered under the 30-days warranty. If the battery does not hold a charge, that is not covered under this warranty. You must follow the instructions written in your wireless phone's manual regarding battery charging instructions. SF Planet recommends charging the battery for 12 hours without interruption for the first time. After charge it for 12 hours, use the phone until it drains out the power and repeat this at least 3 times after to prevent the battery from not functioning properly. This will expand the battery lifespan and extend the usage time.

Krusell

We honor Krusell's Lifetime warranty on all Krusell cases purchased from SF Planet. The product must purchased from SF Planet directly. We will not honor the warranty if it is purchase from other seller. The Lifetime Warranty is valid only for cases, not clips, swivels or other accessories. Customer must be the original purchaser of the case. It covers the defect that is related to production failure. This warranty does not cover for fair wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alternation, or force majors, such as floods and earthquakes. Any repair work on Krusell products by unauthorized third parties voids any warranties. SF Planet does not take any responsibility for third party products, i.e., SF Planet will not reimburse any damage to devices used together with Krusell products.

Customer is responsible to pay shipping for sending it back for warranty replacement. We will replace the same product (SKU) to customer. We will not replace it with a different product. If we do not have the specific model (SKU) in stock, customer will have to contact Krusell for the warranty. For more information, click here.

Fosmon Technology

All Fosmon Technology products comes with 1-year manufacturer warranty. Customer must be the original purchaser of the case. It covers the defect that is related to production failure. This warranty does not cover for fair wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alternation, or force majors, such as floods and earthquakes. Any repair work on Fosmon Technology and Innopocket products by unauthorized third parties voids any warranties. SF Planet does not take any responsibility for third party products, i.e., SF Planet will not reimburse any damage to devices used together with Fosmon Technology products.

Customer is responsible to pay shipping for sending it back for warranty replacement. We will replace the same product (SKU) to customer.
